To provide the highest level of support for my students and maintain a consistent schedule for all families, I operate under the following guidelines. These policies ensure that our focus remains on the student’s growth and progress.
My fee structure is designed to reflect the specialized, grade-specific nature of our work.
Rates are billed per session. Most families choose to pay via Zelle at the end of each session. If needed, I can set up billing via cash or check on a monthly basis.
I know families are busy. To help keep us on track:
Evening Reminders: I send out a courtesy reminder text or email the evening before our scheduled session.
Consistency: For the best results in executive function and math support, maintaining our weekly rhythm is highly recommended
Because I maintain a small, specialized caseload, my time is reserved exclusively for your student.
4-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 4 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled session rate.
Tutor Cancellation: If I ever need to cancel with less than 4 hours' notice, your next session will be discounted by 50%.
To maintain an effective therapeutic and instructional environment, families enroll for consistent, ongoing weekly sessions.
Session Continuity: Booking spaces are reserved as a recurring weekly commitment. My practice does not generally support intermittent, "on-call," or ad-hoc scheduling to address immediate school crises or sudden test preparation. However, if an enrolled student needs an extra touchpoint during a heavy week, supplementary sessions can be requested based on availability, but the foundational rhythm remains consistent.
I am available for brief check-ins regarding school updates or assignment changes. For more in-depth discussions regarding long-term planning or school advocacy, we can schedule a dedicated "Parent Strategy Session" at the remote rate.
